I'm researching the Thwaites family history in Norwich. Last year, I came to your church and located the wall memorial for the Thwaites family (Alexander etc). This was situated behind and above the toilet. I photographed what I could but the last few lines were covered by the construction. However, I went to the library and they had a transcription of the memorial. So, I was able to complete my research. Until now, I thought that the memorial was the only reference to the Thwaites family. I am dlighted to now discover that there is a grave with an inscription. Alexander was a linen draper and had a shop in London Street and was involved with the Norwich Insurance Company- he received the first insurance policy.regardsMargaret NSW Australia
